Introduction
Access to Dynamics can be from the internet or from within Outlook on either your computer or mobile device.
Initially, you will need to request for the Outlook add on to be installed via the service desk.
Once this is set up, the information in Outlook will Sync with the Dynamics server every 15 minutes. If required, you can run a manual sync.
