“PurposeIn Dynamics you have the functionality in every entity to create a task. By default the task will be assigned to yourself – however when you are creating this you will have the option to assign this to someone else by simply changing the name in the Owner field to be the person who needs to perform the task.
The person who is the ‘owner’ will have this task in their outlook (email notifications are sent if you create for someone else only), it will be in their activities folder in the Dynamics main menu and also the activities in the entity you created it.
