Why insert fields into email templates?
Microsoft D365 allows you to combine your data different ways to make your life easier. When creating an email template, you have the ability to insert fields of information from Dynamics directly into your file.By inserting relevant fields of information into your email templates, you’ll be able to save yourself valuable time when running the admin side of your business.
What information can you choose to insert?
- The Opportunity name
- Your name/email
- A summary of key financial fields for your reviewer
How to insert?
- Click the insert/update icon
- Then select the fields you wish to use
