Why create records of your calls?
Creating records of the calls you have had enables you to keep track of your correspondence when handling the admin side of your business. You can even create reminders for upcoming/future calls so you never miss an appointment.
How to log a phone call
- Open Dynamics and open an entity.
- Click on the Add tab on the ribbon.
- Click on the Phone call icon.
- Complete all mandatory fields.
