Using the Clipboard to view copied items

Have you ever copied something to your clipboard and ‘lost’ the item you previously had ready to paste? Did you know you can view all of your copied items in one place? The clipboard in Windows provides you with a way to look back through your clipboard’s history! So, losing previously copied items is a thing of the past.

How to turn on your Clipboard history

  • To access the clipboard, press ‘Windows’ + ‘v’.
  • This will open your clipboard. To turn on your clipboard history, select ‘Turn on’.

see all your copied items in one place
You should now be able to see your clipboard history.

Now, whenever you copy something to your clipboard, it will be recorded in this space for you to scroll back through. To access the clipboard again, simply click ‘Windows’ + ‘v’ in any screen.
