Your company “We Mind, You Matter” started out as a babysitting company with you and a friend. Over the years it has grown, you now employ 30 people who work with you to provide childcare and child-minding services in your local town. As you have grown, the manual boards and diaries you used are no longer adequate. Your new office manager has suggested you use a database and you have chosen D365.
You decided to start using D365 to hold details of your customers and potential requirements coming up, so you were advised to use Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities. After starting to use it, you have found the screens don’t do exactly what you need, and you are clicking and scrolling to get to the new information. You have been tasked with starting to implement those changes in D365 as you “enjoy clicking on computers” and have the vision of what needs to be achieved from an information perspective.

This course is for a Super User and shows you how to customise and extend Dynamics to support your business. You do not need any technical / coding experience but you do need to understand what a CRM system is and concepts of a sales process and customer journey and why things would need to link.
The session is run using the out of the box sales hub on unified interface and designed to give you the confidence to work on your own application.
This course runs in 4 formats.
- 4 days express in the classroom
- 5 days relaxed in the Classroom
- Online on request (over 20 sessions)
The online course format is teaching in the session and then exercises / discussions. You will also be required to work outside the session. On average you should set aside 4 hours each day for the course sessions and work.
You also need to ensure that you finish the set exercises before the next session other wise you will not be able to follow the course – no refunds will be made if you need to drop out mid course.
