There’s plenty of things to play around with when using D365. For instance, didyou know that D365 allows you to attach any Word document to an Opportunity? You can also view the audit history of an Opportunity, identify your Competitor Opportunities, identify the lead source for an Opportunity and change the owner of an Opportunity all with the same software!
