A Look Back at the Month
September has been a very busy month for the D365 team! Though we’ve been continuing with our usual day-to-day work, we’ve also been working to unveil some new projects, too, which we are very excited to present.
Starting at the beginning of September, we were very happy to announce that training sessions will soon be coming back to being face-to-face! We initially set our training sessions to run online only during the lockdowns, and, though we believe we managed to retain the same enthusiasm and level of skill throughout, it is nice to now be able to offer you the option between meeting in person or online! Our live, online training sessions will still be going ahead, and more information on these can be found on the training section of our site!
We’ve continued to release some more blogs and information with some of the useful information we have learnt in September! There is a lot that can be done with Microsoft products and we are dedicated to helping you make the most out of your Office license!
Microsoft Teams has become more widely known throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, however, there is a lot more to the application than what meets the eye. Our blog takes you through the features of Teams and begin to explain how it can integrate with other Microsoft products to help benefit you.
For example, Microsoft Teams integrates perfectly with Microsoft 365 Business Voice. There are a lot more ways for users to connect when using Teams. If you’ve been faced with tech problems such as a lack of computer audio during the lockdowns, then you’re not alone. Thankfully, we found a quick solution to this!
Micro Office Huddle
One of the things that we have been most excited to announce, however, is our Micro Office Huddle! September has marked the unveiling of this project. Micro Office Huddle is a place that we have created for small businesses to join together and discuss how technology impacts their company. Our Huddles will run free of charge, both online and in person, for anyone who would like to attend! This is a great opportunity to get to know more about how you can continue to grow your business! We aim to help you to make the most out of the tools you already have at your disposal. Share what you are enthusiastic about in regards to tech and ask questions about areas you are less confident on.
On the 24th of September, we attended the St Neots Business Showcase that was held on Market Square. It was a brilliant experience to get to know the variety of businesses that St Neots is home to! The event was made even more fun by Black Cat Radio and Stageworks, who kept the entertainment going throughout.
It was lovely to be able to speak to more people about how we can help as a company. We also began advertising our first Micro Office Huddle to the world!
