The Importance of a Date

When you begin using Byte Sized Butchers and create an order, you will be prompted to identify when the order is for.

There are two ways that you can select this order, one option is to choose one of the named holiday periods (we can add to this list if necessary). The other is to click on ‘Set Date’ (as highlighted) and specify any date within the calendar year.

Behind the scenes, choosing one of the pre-made holidays (i.e. New Year), then the system will recognise that that is the 31st December 20XX.

We have designed the system so that you can have control of the dates associated with any named holiday. This is a topic we will take you through in our monthly Butcher Training Course.

Dates in the Dashboard

We’ve created a dashboard to show you everything that is set to happen in the next 14 days. From this dashboard, you can see the value of pre-orders on any set date and also the status of the product items.

Review the Year

When you have your dates in the system, you wont be restricted to seeing 14 days in the system. We also have dashboards showing information for the whole year.
