STOP: BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER!!!
Hi
Thanks for reading my blog. Yes my answer to solve this is below but, I have a request. I am an new organisation and I need your help! This Blog is read 15 plus times every day so I hope it solves your issue. If it has please can you take a couple of seconds to say thank you. I don’t want money but if you can take a few seconds and give me a review on google to let me know it worked I would be extremely grateful. The link is here.
If however it hasn’t worked for you, please let me know so I can update this and hopefully help you and more people.
Thank you
Claire
The AADST50196 Error
Have you or one of your users had the following error?

Maybe you tried clearing cache and then it worked but the error came back the next day?
This happened to one of our customers the other week and then strangely to myself the day after I resolved for them. Now I’m not a techie outside my safe walls of D365 so I have manged to fix but I can’t tell you technically how it works but, I can show you the steps and hope it works for you as well 🙂
Resolving in IE

Resolving in Crome

Resolving in Edge

Did it work?
As I mentioned above If this worked for you please can you give me a review on google to let me know it worked I would be extremely grateful. The link is here.
If however it hasn’t worked for you, please let me know so I can update this and hopefully help you and more people.
Thanks 🙂

Thanks for the article Claire-Louise.
We’ve been experiencing this problem, and hope that this will work for our users.
Quick question – is this something you have only seen go wrong recently? I ask because we hadn’t had any reports of this until after a recent MS update (27 october).
Thanks again
Lee
HI Lee, It started happening for one customer at the end of September, for myself the start of October. Neither systems were on Wave 2. It first started on IE browsers, Crome was the recent one. Not had it on Edge yet but thought i’d be proactive and try and find the setting there as well. Please let me know from a curiosity point of view if this worked for your users. Good luck 🙂
