What do we mean by ‘Customer Profile’?

You’re able to create a profile for a customer that is based on their ordering trends.

From a Customer Record, you get a single screen view of all their activities.

From the summary screen, you can see their contact information, current open orders, Meat Club balance and also a summary of all order transactions.

When you click onto ‘Food Order Lines’, this will show you all the items that this customer has ordered from their first transaction.

The ‘Meat Club Transactions’ tab does exactly what it says in the title. All deposits and withdrawals will be shown on this screen.

What do we mean by ‘Customer Profiling’?

All that you’re able to see in the screens above are examples of profiling customers.
