This is a monthly 3 hour webinar aimed at Trainers of Dynamics.
This will normally be based upon the previous months end and super user topics. We will discuss theory in more depth and also how it can be taught. Pitfalls / problems and creative training ideas. You need to have knowledge of the subjects as this is focused on course delivery of the topics.
To attend these sessions you should know the topic being discussed. If it is something new to you, the End User and Super User sessions are scheduled for the previous week so you can get the basics from those session and delve a little deeper in these. It isn’t mandatory that you do the other sessions but it will be beneficial. If you are interested in them look at the Bundle prices
Despite the name you don’t actually have to be a trainer to attend. Super Users that coach new members of staff, consultants and IT Support can all benefit from the sessions.
To do the ‘homework’ from these sessions you will need to create a trial environment to work on (so you can protect the integrity of your work environments)
