This is a monthly 2 hour webinar aimed at Dynamics Super Users with System Administrator access who currently support their users or are a super user with System Administrator access.
Each month there will be a different topic we will discuss, demo and explore. You can then take the skills away and test and evolve what you’ve learnt on your own system.
To do the ‘homework’ from these sessions you will need to create a trial environment to work on (so you can protect the integrity of your work environments)

| July | Apps and Site Maps | This session takes the topics of App / Site Maps. We will explore creating both and App and a Site Map from a solution. Restricting forms and views to it and assigning it to a security role. |
| August | Security Roles and Field Based Security | This session takes the roles topic of roles and field base security. We will explore the benefits for you as a super user creating your own roles, what you can do with then and how they can benefit your organisation. |
| September | Business Process Flows | This is designed for September as on the 1st October Microsoft are removing the functionality of dialogs. In a lot of cases you may be able to use parts of a Business Process Flow to replicate what you had in a dialog. This session will look at an example of a dialog and how you as a super user can move it to a Business Process Flow |
| October | Business Rules | This is one of many business rule sessions. It is a topic that will be repeated as there are so many different types of rules you as a super user would need to create. This will give a few scenarios and solutions on how you can apply them. |
| November | Workflows | This is one of many workflow sessions. It is a topic that will be repeated as there are so many different types of workflows you as a super user would need to create. This will give a few scenarios and solutions on how you can apply them. |
