Your company “We Mind, You Matter” started out as a babysitting company with you and a friend. Over the years it has grown, you now employ 30 people who work with you to provide childcare and child-minding services in your local town. As you have grown, the manual boards and diaries you used are no longer adequate. Your new office manager has suggested you use a database and you have chosen D365.
You decided to start using D365 to hold details of your customers and potential requirements coming up, so you were advised to use Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities. After starting to use it, you have found the screens don’t do exactly what you need, and you are clicking and scrolling to get to the new information. You have been tasked with starting to implement those changes in D365 as you “enjoy clicking on computers” and have the vision of what needs to be achieved from an information perspective.
