Introduction

This is the single location where you can find details of every Opportunity that is associated to an Account.

To create an Opportunity or convert a Lead, it is essential that you have the correct Donor information. Any Account on the Dynamics application can be for practically anything, from a donor, a partner or even a contractor.

The use of connections and specific fields within Leads and Opportunities will show how the Account is connected.

A Parent Account are created as the ‘top level’ with everything else beneath it. By correctly creating this and associating any sub Accounts (sites or branches), you can find a global representation of all activities for the Account group. Or, alternatively, you can drill down into the individual sub Account and see information relating just to them.
